The show has been held since 1868, providing family entertainment and fun with opportunities for people to show their skills and animals in "friendly" competition. 

Sadly the 2007show was cancelled due to poor ground conditions

Classes include:-

Horse Classes Hunters, Cleveland Bays, Agricultural, Pony Breeding,
Shetland, Welsh, Mountain and Moorland
Coloured Horse or Pony, Tack and Turnout, Lead Rein, Thelwell Look Alike
and Fancy Dress, Show jumping, Gymkhana

Other Sheep, Ferrets, Dog Show, Vintage Machinery, Farm Produce, Garden
Produce, Flowers, Handicrafts, Confectionary, Preserves, Photography,
Children's Classes
